La Grange High School had 58 exhibitors for College, Career & Military Night. It was a great opportunity for La Grange High School and surrounding schools students to meet and ask in-person questions from colleges, local businesses, and military branches. A meal was sponsored and provided for the exhibitors by ACCSS Blinn College. Thank you to all exhibitors and attendees for making this a successful event.

Picture Day for 9-11 grade is this coming Tuesday, October 11th. Students take photos during English classes, and should have brought home an order form. What an honor to have speaking in the Library today, Dr Kathleen McElroy, head of the UT School of Journalism. She will be talking to our students about the media that they consume, about being an informed consumer and citizen, and about the value of getting information from accurate sources. She will have discussion opportunities throughout the day with the senior English classes of Ms. Stork and the Journalism classes of Ms. Carr.
