Payroll Calendars - Payroll Calendars help guide employees to their correct number of compensated days for the current school year. Official Assignment start and end dates are listed on each calendar. Flex Days (Summer Non-Work Days) - under Calendar Summary is a line namedTotal Flex Days. An employees total number of flex days will be indicated with < >. Employee's must use these days between their official assignment start date and the first day of school or from the last day of school until their official assignment end date.
Contracted Days can be found in the Employee Service Center, under My Pay Information, Assignment Year, Agree to the pop-up Confirmation statement - Click on the Calendar Name.

Substitute Orientation for NEW substitutes for is scheduled for Wednesday, July 27 @ 1:00 pm in the LGISD Board Meeting Room (560 North Monroe), or Wednesday, August 11, 2022 @ 10am in the LGISD Board Meeting Room.
ALL new substitutes are REQUIRED to attend this orientation session, if you have not already done so. It is MANDATORY.
An application must be submitted before the orientation date.
Renew your application by logging in as you normally would log-in to find substitute jobs available.
Pick up forms from administration office to be completed and returned.
Return all forms to the administration office when completed.
Activation will not occur until all forms are completed and returned.
Returning subs will NOT be required to attend an orientation session.
