The calendars below will help guide employees with their correct number of Compensated Days for the 2019 - 2020 school year.
Employee's official start and end assignment dates are listed on each calendar.
Under the calendar summary is a line that states Total Flex Days. If there is a number in < > then those days will be the employees Summer Non Work days. Employee's must use these days between the start date of their assignment and the first day of school or from the last day of school until their assignment ends.
If you are unsure of the number of days you are on contract for you will find that information in the Employee Service Center - My Pay Information - select the current year - it is listed next to Calendar Name.

Click "Substitute Teacher" to highlight
Click "Fill Out Application" (toward bottom of page)
Substitute Orientation for NEW substitutes for is scheduled for Wednesday, September 8th @ 1:00 pm in the LGISD Board Meeting Room (560 North Monroe).
ALL new substitutes are REQUIRED to attend this orientation session, if you have not already done so. It is MANDATORY.
An application must be submitted before the orientation date.
Returning Substitutes:
Renew your application by logging in as you normally would log-in to find substitute jobs available.
Pick up forms from administration office to be completed and returned.
Return all forms to the administration office when completed.
Activation will not occur until all forms are completed and returned.
Returning subs will NOT be required to attend an orientation session.
