Congratulations to the La Grange MS Bands! On Wednesday, March 6th, they performed at the UIL Region 18/26 Concert & Sight Reading Evaluation in the Jerry Fay Wilhelm Performing Arts Center in Bastrop, Tx. Both bands earned Sweepstakes Awards, which is a Superior Rating in both the Concert and Sight Reading evaluations! This is the sixth consecutive year that both of our middle school bands have earned a UIL Sweepstakes Trophy. Congratulations to these outstanding student musicians!
This past Saturday, January 20th, the Association of Texas Small School Bands held its annual Middle School All-Region Band Concert in Bastrop at the Jerry Fay Wilhelm PAC. 29 students from La Grange MS performed as part of these two elite bands. Congratulations to this year's ATSSB Region 18/26 All-Region Band Members!

Tuesday, Sept 6th Uvalde CISD returns to class for the first time since the tragedy at Robb Elementary. As a show of support , LGISD, along with many other schools across Texas, are asking students, staff and the community to Maroon out on this day.
LMS Staff supports College, Career, and Military preparedness by wearing shirts that represent post secondary achievements! Our goal is to start conversations with our students surrounding all the possibilities for them after High School.
