CAMPUS TESTING GUIDELINES:
● Students who are exempt from an exam must remain on campus during the designated testing time; these students will stay in their assigned classroom for the entire period.
● Students who have taken their exams must remain in the classroom for the entire period.
● Students who have exempted an exam must remain in the classroom for the entire period.
● Students who owe attendance hours must remain on campus to complete makeup hours.
● Students who are exempt from testing are still required to attend school, even if they are exempt from all their exams. Failure to attend may result in loss of exemptions for the Spring Semester.
● Absences during the Semester Exam week count towards the exemption guideline expectations. If you exceed the allotted maximum absences, you will lose exemptions. If semester exams are not completed in the event you lose your ability to be exempt, the score will be recorded as a zero.
● Incomplete grades that are not made up by January 5th will be included in transcript rank and GPA calculations.
