August was all about Being Proactive! Habit 1: Be Proactive teaches students, "I am in charge of my choices." Students are taught to:
Own it
Fix it
Learn from it
Here's how Leopards can practice at home:
Pause first
Praise repair
Keep it calm
Model it
Make a plan
The most important way Leopards can lead at home is by talking about it. Students can be asked:
What choice are you proud of today?
Is there a mistake you need to make right?
