GUIDELINES DURING SEMESTER EXAMS
ALL STUDENTS:
If you are exempt from your 1st period exam you do not need to attend the 1st period review session.
Students are not allowed to walk off campus during the school day; therefore, if a student is exempt from a semester exam and does not have a ride off campus they will need to report to their semester exam period and be supervised by their classroom teacher. Students will NOT be allowed to wait out front for a ride after the exam start time.
In order to preserve the testing environment we cannot release students during final exams.
MISSED EXAMS
UNEXCUSED - student will receive a zero
EXCUSED (parent or medical note) - Students will need to make arrangements with the office to make up the exam on January 3rd & 4th.
NO CELL PHONE POLICY ENFORCED DURING SEMESTER EXAM TIMES - Students are not allowed to have cell phones during the designated semester exam time even if all students are finished with testing. Students may bring a book to read if they finish early.
Semester exams will be given during the designated time.
9th, 10th AND STUDENTS WITHOUT OFF CAMPUS PRIVILEGES:
Students who exempt exams can be picked up after lunch without being signed out. If students would like to leave immediately after 7th period a parent will need to sign them out.
TESTING CENTER:
The Testing Center will be open Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-Noon in the Library. Students must have a pass from their teacher to go to the testing center.
Students are not allowed to report to the testing center during Final Exam time even if they are finished taking their final exam.
The Testing Center will also be open regular hours Monday through Thursday.
