The Colorado River Shared Services Arrangement serves students with disabilities in three area school districts: Fayetteville, La Grange and Smithville

A Guide to the Admission, Review and Dismissal Process
This guide describes various activities that may take place during the special education process such as early intervention activities, determination of eligibility for special education, development of a child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and dismissal from special education.

La Grange ISD uses this manual for all purchases of the district, regardless of the fund source. This manual is a "living document" with changes made as required.

Texas Autism Research and Resource Center (TARRC)
The Texas Autism Research & Resource Center (TARRC) was created by House Bill (HB) 1574 (81st Texas Legislature, Regular Session, 2009) in response to needs expressed by the autism community. The Center's primary purpose is to coordinate resources for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. When fully implemented, the Center will: disseminate information and research on autism and other pervasive developmental disorders; conduct training and development activities for some professionals; coordinate with local entities that provide services; and provide support to families affected by autism.

Texas Commission for the Blind
Counseling and rehabilitation services. Services for children aimed at prevention of blindness and parental counseling.

Texas Department of Human Services
Information and technical assistance for families and children, and disabled persons including Medicaid issues.

Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation
Information and assistance about services responding to the needs of individuals with mental illness and mental retardation.
