Does your child need help with homework?  Need something clarified? Need some help getting started?  Then have your child check out the Homework Center in Rm 210 at 3:25 pm Mondays thru Thursdays.  Teachers from English, Math, Science and Social Studies will be available to help students.  Take advantage of this opportunity and make sure your homework gets done so "Failure is Not an Option!"

  College Board...PSAT / NMSQT, SAT & AP Exams   Minimize
2009 - 2010 AP Exam Information

LGISD offers the following AP Exams...

Calculus - May 5, 2010,  English Literature - May 6, 2010,  US History - May 7, 2010,   Biology - May 10, 2010,  Chemistry - May 11, 2010,  English Language - May 12, 2010.

The cost of each exam is $86.00.

The deadline to register with the High School Counselor's Office is Friday, March 19th.

These exams are also open to Home Schooled Students, the same costs and deadlines apply.

All exams begin at 8:00 am in the LHS Library.  Home Schooled Students must sign in at the High School Office before reporting to the Library for the exam.

2010 - 2011 PSAT/NMSQT Information

The PSAT Test will be give on Wednesday, October 13, 2010.
