The Hermes Elementary teachers worked together to come up with a united vision for our school: "We will lead the way in educating ALL children as our own." This statement reflects a cohesive effort to teach all children as we would want our own children treated and educated at school.

  It is our goal to create a safe, positive learning environment for all children!

  Here is how we ask parents and authorized persons to assist us:

  • Students arriving after 8:15 a.m. must report to the elementary office for an "Admittance Slip."
  • Parents and/or other authorized persons picking students up early (before 3:15 p.m.) must obtain an "Early Dismissal Slip" from the elementary office before entering the classroom.

  • See the elementary office to obtain a visitor's pass prior to visiting the teacher or classroom during the school day.

SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION: For emergencies regarding school bus transportation, please call 968-5806.  After hours, call 968-5856.
