Accelerated Reader is a web-based program that tests a student's understanding of a book.  Points are awarded for correct answers.  The K-8 Library offers incentives to the students who reach certain goals.  Click on the lists to the left to see a list of titles on which a student may test.  These books are commonly known as "blue dot books" (the book's spine has a blue dot on it) or "Read-Up" books.
