Morning Bus Routes for the La Grange Independent School District
Bus Barn 968-7020

The routes listed below are intended to give very general information about the direction in which the buses travel.  For more specific information as to the routes and stops, please contact the us.

Bus 1
Departs at 6:45 a.m. from the bus barn.  Starts at Highway 71 East and proceeds to FM 2503.  The route then  proceeds to Jorman Road, Turner Street, East Main Street and back to FM 2503.  The route then proceeds to East Tobias Road, West Schmacher, Munn Street adn then to Highway 71 West.  The route then proceeds to Baca Road, Rudolph Road, Krenck Road and then to Highway 71 West.  The route then proceeds to FM 955 back to Highway 71 West returning to the bus barn.

Bus 2
Departs at 7:00 a.m. from the bus barn.  Starts at Highway 71 East and proceeds to Zapalac Road and then to Highway 71 West, then to Joiner Road.  The route then proceeds to Highway 71 West, to Joiner Road.  The route then goes to Polasek, Halsted, Tietjen, Fritsch, Baron, Ruether, Rocky Creek, Truesdale roads.  The route then returns to the bus barn.

Bus 3
Departs at 7:00 a.m. from the bus barn.  Starts at Highway 77 South and proceeds to FM 155, Guenther and George roads.  Route then goes to Loehr Road, Country Club Drive, Creamer Creek, Park Drive and River Street.  The bus then returns to the bus barn.

Bus 4
Departs at 6:30 a.m. from the bus barn.  Starts at FM 155 and proceeds to FM 1965, Mazoch Road, Cotton Gin Road, Mullins Prairie Loop and to FM 3233.  The route proceeds then proceeds to Loehr Road, Highway 77 North, returning to the bus barn.

Bus 5
Departs at 6:40 a.m. from the bus barn.  Starts on Highway 77 South and proceeds to FM 317 and Swiss Alp Loop.  The route then proceeds to Lidiak Road, East Radhost School Road and Petter Rainosek Loop and returns to the bus barn.

Bus 6
Departs at 6:30 a.m. from the bus barn.  Starts on Highway 77 North to Highway 71 West.  Route proceeds to Makinson, Old Lockhart and Davis Road.  Route then proceeds to FM 154 and then to Loop 543, West Point Loop and Bush Road.  Route then proceeds to Prairie View Road, FM 388, Egypt Road and returns to the bus barn.

Bus 7A
Bus 7A is an in town route and departs at 7:00 a.m. from the bus barn.  The route starts on South Jackson Street and proceeds to East Colorado, North Madison, Pearl, North Main, Rose Mayor Loop and Von Rosenburg.  The route then proceeds to Highway 71 West, Von Minden Street, North Madison, Vine, North Jackson, South Madison and East Lowerline.  The bus returns to the Hermes campus.

Bus 7B
Bus 7B is an in town route and departs at 7:30 a.m. from the Hermes campus.  The route starts on North Monroe and proceeds to East Pearl , North College, East Helter, Eckel, East Camp, North College, East Pearl, Logan, East Guadalupe, North Vail, East Fannin.  The route then proceeds again to College, Pearl, Logan, Guadalupe, Vail and again to Fannin and College.  The route then proceeds to East Lafayette, Horton, Charles, Ella, Guy, South Madison, West Lowerline, South Jackson, South College, Eblin, and Vail.  The route then returns to the bus barn.

Bus 8
Bus 8 departs at 6:50 a.m. from the bus barn.  The route starts on Highway 77 North to Highway 71 West and proceeds to Loop 220.  The route then proceeds to Main Street, Plum Church Road, Plum Wonderful Road, Old Lockhart Road, Jackson Road, Airport Road, Propan Lane, back to Airport road and then to Huelserbush Road.  The route then proceeds to FM 388, Trinity School Road, Highway 71 East returning to town and finally to the bus barn.

Bus 9
Bus 9 departs at 6:30 a.m. from the bus barn.  The route starts on Highway 77 North to FM 153, Riverbend Road and back to FM 153.  The route then proceeds to Pilicek Loop, Kirkham Road, Ziliss Road, Front Street, Kasper Road, Frio Street, and back to FM 153.  The route then proceeds to FM 448, Brahm Loop, Raymond Road, Clearlake Pines, and JZJ Road.  The route then proceeds to Highway 77 South, returning to town and the bus barn. 

Bus 10
Bus 10 departs at 6:40 a.m. from the bus barn.  The route starts on Highway 77 North to FM 153, Piney Creek Road, Warda Church Road, Warda Blacktop Road, Pin Oak Branch Road, and then to Highway 77 South.  The route then proceeds to Oak Creek Road, Giese Road, Schubert Road, Rabbs Prairie Road and then to Highway 77 South.  The route then proceeds to Highway 71 East to Greenspoint Avenue, Northpoint Avenue and then returns to town and to the bus barn.

Bus 11
Bus 11 departs at 6:40 a.m. from the bus barn.  The route starts on Highway 77 North to Race Track Road, Post Oak Road, FM 2145, FM 2981, Mueller Road, Wied Road, Sand Rock Road, Harms Road, and Anders Daniels Road.  The route then proceeds to FM 2145 and returns to town and the bus barn.

Bus 12A
Bus 12A is an in town route that departs from the Hermes campus at 6:50 a.m.  The route starts at Highway 71West and proceeds to Highway 77 South.  The route then proceeds to West Milam, South Washington, East Crockett, South Main, West Milam, Brown and West Lowerline.  The route then proceeds to Highway 77 South to West Milam, South Jackson and South College.  The bus then returns to the bus barn.

Bus 12B
Bus 12B departs from the Hermes campus.  The route starts at Highway 71 East to FM 159.  The route then proceeds to FM 2981, Windy Hill Road, Cottonwood Road, Forest Hills East, Janson Lane, and then to FM 159 and Highway 71 West.  The route then proceeds to Hrbacek Lane, Cedar Creek Road, Oakridge Lane and then back to FM 159 and Highway 71 Est.  The route then returns to the Hermes campus.

Bus 13
Bus 13 departs at 6:15 a.m. from the bus barn.  The route starts at Highwy 77 North, to Highway 71 West and then to FM 609.  The route then proceeds to Boultin Creek, O'Quinn Branch Road, Valenta Road, Skillet Road, Peeler Road, Bridge Valley Road, Bordusky Road and then to Highway 71 East returning to the bus barn.

Bus 1H
Bus 1H is a handicapped accessible bus.  It is designated to carry special needs students and departs from the bus barn at 6:50 a.m.  The route starts at Highway 77 North and proceeds to Highway 71 West.  The route then proceeds to Plum Church Road, Old Lockhart Road, and back to Highway 71 East to Horton Street, East Lafayette Street, Vail, Fannin, North College, East Pearl, North Jackson, Vine, North Franklin, West Pecan, South Madison, East Walnut, West Walnut, South Main, West Lowerline, Donna, Janus, Rodger, Brown, South Madison, East Milam, South Jackson and South College.  The route then returns to the bus barn.

Bus 4H
Bus 4H is a handicapped accessible bus.  It is designated to carry special needs students and departs from the bus barn at 12:00 p.m. (noon).  The route starts at South Jackson Street and proceeds to Highway 71 East to South College, Eblin, Mode and then to Highway 71 East.  The route then proceeds to FM 2503 to Tobias Road, and then FM 2503, and Eblin Street to Highway 77 South.  The route then proceeds to FM 155, Guenther Road, Mullins Prairie Lane, Loehr Road, Country Club Drive, Park Drive and then back to Highway 77 North.  The route then returns to the bus barn.

Bus 29
Bus 29 is a handicapped accessible bus.  It is designated to carry special needs students and departs from the bus barn at 6:15 a.m.  The route starts at Highway 77 North to FM 2145.  The route then proceeds to Post Oak Road, Highway 77 North, FM 159, Highway 77 South and then to Highway 71 East.  The route then proceeds to Greenspoint Avenue, Northpointe Avenue, Highway 71 West and then to Highway 77 South.  The route then proceeds to FM 155, Guenter Road, Loehr Road, and then back to FM 155 and Highway 77 North.  The route then proceeds to West Milam, South Jackson, Highway 71 East, Halstead Road, Polasek Road and then to Highway 71 West returning to the bus barn.

Pre-K
The Pre-K bus is designated to carry students in Pre-K.  The bus departs from the bus barn at 10:00 a.m.  The route starts at Highway 77 North and proceeds to FM 2145, back to Highway 77 North to Highway 71 East.  The route then proceeds to FM 2503, Tobias Road, Brenham Road, and back to Highway 71 West to Von Minden Street.  The route then proceeds to Northpointe Avenue, Horton Street, North Madison, North Monroe, East Pearl, North Main to Highway 71 East and then to FM 159.  The route then proceeds to Highway 71 East returning to the Hermes Campus.
