La Grange Leopards Baseball Camp
The camp is the perfect setting to improve your skills and get the opportunity to work with the La Grange coaching staff. Campers will focus on infield, outfield, base running, and hitting drills. The camp is for any incoming 3rd to 9th graders.
Hitting: Campers will be taught a variety of drills in order to develop the proper swing techniques. Will discuss approaches, rhythm in swing and being on time. These are just a few key topics that will be discussed during the hitting part of camp.
Position play: Each camper will receive instruction in both infield and outfield play. We will work important fundamentals including proper throwing mechanics, footwork and other skills involved with both infield and outfield play.
Baserunning: Each camper will receive proper instruction on proper fundamentals of baserunning. Will include home to 1st, Bananas, Leads and Rules

Camp staff will include Coach Barber and
Coach Schmidt and Coach Billings.
Camp will be held at Leopard Field
the high school field. Indoor facilities are available
should inclement weather arise
Coaches are trained in emergency medical care and
will be present during each session.
All campers must be registered 30 minutes
prior to the start time of the 1st day of camp.
Pre-registration is highly recommended to assure
a spot in camp. Walk-ups are allowed,
